Prices
Your Credit Card purchase via 2CHECKOUT.COM will be converted into your native Currency. Some credit card purchases will be sold only by 2Checkout.com,Inc. - Ohio, USA. Unless direct contact is made with the Artist, all products or services are provided by Art by Post Ltd. Credit Card regulations require that the customer's credit card is not actually billed until the order has been shipped. Visit the 2Checkout.com website for more details. Your transaction details are passed directly to the processing bank for instant approval. Credit card billing inquiries are dealt with by 2Checkout.com.
We reserve the right to change the prices quoted without prior notice.
Customs and Import Duties are not included. The customer is responsible for payment of any import duty and/or taxes.
Delivery
We will deal with your order as quickly as we can. If any delays are likely, we will contact you immediately to fix a convenient delivery date or to cancel the order with a full refund.
The British Consumer Protection (Distant Selling) Regulations 2000
The Consumer Protection (Distant Selling) Regulations of 2000 gives you rights when buying over the Internet. You can change your mind and withdraw from the purchase from the day the contract is made and ends on the expiry of 7 working days starting from the day after the goods have been received by the consumer.
Returns
Please contact us as ALL RETURNS MUST FOLLOW OUR INSTRUCTIONS.
All purchases include a 7 day cooling off period (unless otherwise stated on the display of an individual artist), in which the purchaser has the right of returning the artwork and having the purchase price (less packaging, handling and delivery costs) refunded.
All returns must be fully insured. Return delivery and insurance costs paid by you will be re-imbursed. The most practical and acceptable remedy where possible to the parties concerned may be replacement goods.
Law and Jurisdiction
The Contract shall be deemed to be made in England. All Contracts made between David Holl and the Customer shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute arising therein shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the English courts.

Changes to the Terms of this Agreement
Art by Post Ltd., reserve the right to change the terms of this agreement from time to time. Any changes will take effect from the day of posting on the website.
